Technical Assistance for the implementation of the sector reform contract: European Neighbourhood Programme to Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD)

The purpose of this contract is to assist the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (MAFI), its subordinated agencies and the National Food Safety Agency in the accomplishment of ENPARD BSP’s overall objectives and more specifically to provide support to: (I) improve the capability of the government to achieve agricultural and rural development policy objectives; (II) to provide a wide range of capacity-building and institutional-strengthening TA service to promote agricultural and rural development policies and reforms and to improve governance in agricultural and rural development.
