Technical Assistance for the Development and strengthening of the institutional capacity of the DGP AM POP in preparation, development and implementation of the Operational Programme for Fisheries 2014-2020
The general objective of the project is the development and consolidation of the administrative and institutional capacity of DGP-AM POP (General Directorate of Fisheries – Management Authority for the Fishery Operational Program), by providing the external expertise services to be ensured by the provider’s team of specialist consultants, who will have the main task of elaborating and preparing the implementation of POP 2014-2020 (POP = Programul Operaţional pentru Pescuit) and the associated programmatic documents, in order to enable the development and the consolidation of the Romanian fisheries sector, in accordance with the objectives of the Common Fisheries Policy, enlisted in the priorities of the Europe Strategy 2020 and the National Strategy of Fisheries Sector for the period 2014-2020.
