Technical Assistance and Data collection for Strengthening the Statistical Capacity of the MARA

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to contribute to the harmonization with the acquis on statistics, particularly by improving the capacity at selected data providers other than TurkStat. The purpose of the contract is: to improve quality of the statistical data provided by MARA by means of elaborating an action plan, conducting training organizations, introducing new methodologies on early estimation of yeld, improving knowledge of staff on survey design and collection of more reliable data in line with EU methods.
