Support to the State Veterinary Service and the State Phytosanitary Control Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan in drafting Twinning project fiches

General objective of this contract is to support SVS and SPCS in the preparation of two institutional Twinning projects, including analysis of the institutional framework and preparation of Twinning fiches, within the framework of the EU’s ENP with respect to Azerbaijan.
The specific objective of this contract is to support SVS and SPCS in drafting two clear and concise Twinning Fiches necessary for launching two institutional Twinnings, the objectives of which are indicated at point 1.4 above. The Twinning Fiches shall be circulated simultaneously to the 28 EU Member States in an invitation to submit proposals for its joint implementation. In addition, the project will support the beneficiary institutions in institutional analysis.
