- Gas chromatograph for detection of trans fats;
- HPLC quaternary system;
- Gas chromatograph with mass detector;
- UV-VIS spectrophotometer;
- Pilot plant for food processing including: Vegetable slicer, vegetables cooking system, food packing system, washing machines, fruit peeling machine, fruit mill crusher root abrasive peeler, vertical crusher for fruits and vegetables module rapid freezing, liquid chiller, water cooling system, autoclave sterilization products and utensils, digital scales.
