Senior procurement advisor for the programme estimates project in the RNR sector to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests

The specific objective of the framework contract is to train the employees of the Project Coordination Unit in order to be able to do the tendering and contracting of services and supplies within the imprest component of the programme estimates and help to prepare the procurement plan of the whole project as well as the procurement plan for the 1st real programme estimates and subsequent ones. In addition the procurement expert will train in this context other stakeholders who will be involved in developing the PEs at the local level or central departmental level and develop their capacity in drawing up of awards and procurement contract as per the requirement of the EU.
