End of Project Evaluation of the Government of Malawi/European Union Public Works Programme

This is an ex-post evaluation that aims at assessing whether the project purpose, of improving the social-economic situation of the rural population, through improved accessibility and management of natural resources as defined in the logical framework has been achieved in an efficient, effective and sustainable manner. The evaluation also aims at measuring the extent to which the project activities and results have contributed in achieving the overall objective of the programme.
