Assessment and design of community-based carbon sequestration in Albania
The objective of this assignment is (i) to undertake all necessary technical, institutional, legal, economic,financial, social and environmental analysis and consultations, and complete all documentation necessary for presenting the pilot carbon project to carbon buyer(s) and for implementing it, and (ii) to assess and quantify the potential for additional Kyoto compliant carbon sequestration activities in Albania, as well as the operational implications for implementing these activities.
